Regarding the hotboard

Keno can we get hot, warm, cool, and cold ratings

Hot = Imminent hire or top candidate
Warm = Known interview
Cool = Discussed, not yet been confirmed interviewed
Cold = like Bob Pruett someone who was discussed but removed their name from consideration

50 pages is a lot to sift through. I just want to be able to go to page 1 and know where we are at.
