In communism, expropriation is the process of abolishing private property. Karl Marx believed that expropriation was a social process that could occur over time, and that it could be indifferent to the law and accomplished without compensation. Marx also believed that expropriation was a "dialectical" process that could lead to the "socialization" of the economy, but in a "private" form.
Continuing on this path would be the best thing that could happen for the Trump campaign.

This sounds like the Student loan scam. Colleges keep raising the prices and taxpayers who didn't even go have to pay for it and Students get stuck with Debt their wages can't afford.
