Post Press Conference Spreadsheet

After reading the transcript of the press conference (kudos to keenan/vernon for putting that together) I am feeling even better about the hire. I’ve said it a few times these past few weeks, being able to roster construct with scouting/money is a competitive advantage. WVU has to stretch a buck, it sounds like Baker is well aware and keeping that in mind during the hire. One interesting piece was how he is using analytics to deep dive into a coaches profile to see how they are able to bounce back after losing staff. It also sounds like the compensation for the coach and assistants will be very competitive with B12.

Here is where I am with it right now. This is in order of who I would prefer. I would not be surprised if there are some serious candidates we haven’t heard about yet.
