"Stay in a black box" play every play 100%. Just listening to a few interviews from the CBs you get a sense that the players like Blue Adams and his coaching philosophy. Not easy but it seems they are buying in. I think there are around 6 CBs taking reps so we need the rest of the CBs in the mix to see who shakes out on top. But this seems like a good hire to the defensive staff that has a philosophy and coaching style that will fit well in the B12. You have to play in a box and be mentally tough going up against offenses that will beat you time to time. Have not heard a lot about the WR coach but he is just now figuring out where the rest rooms are, Now if they can help on the recruiting front may take a while to figure out. But by all accounts they seem to be fitting in with the existing staff.
