20 games on the slate with first game Fri night. Tie breaker total points scored between Horns Down and WVU. WVU has 2 games left and has, IMO, equal chances of going 2-0, 1-1, or 0-2. The reality is I don't know I would feel a lot different about the program whichever record we end up with. As people on the board have said, no consistency, no identity, can't put together a complete game. I guess TX is a bigger mess than we are considering the resources and expectations. Having said that as I type, I do want to win out and go to a bowl, but treat the bowl as prep for 2022.

Just as a public service to the new players, we have next week and Championship week as our regular season. From that we will have a Pick'em champion for 2021. We also usually do selected Bowl Games; the CFP Bowls and Championship Game, the NY6 Bowls and any other significant Bowl games with an interesting matchup. The Bowl Champ stands alone.

I want to say an early Thank You to @FallingRun84 for stepping up this season to keep this going. This Pick'em friendly challenge has been going on since 2015, I've been keeping records since 2016. I am hopeful that the Grand Poobah of Pick'em, @3xWVUenginEER returns next year as well as @torontoeers.

Now, play on and LGM!

It's great to have the Mountaineers back on the winning side and especially over Texas, HORNSDOWN! But WTF Oregon? Probably eliminates the PAC 12 from the playoffs. Our weekly winner is @TugRiveer with an impressive 17 of 20 correct picks this week; Congrats! Our Pick'em race is getting very tight as well and the regular season will come down to the wire with one week of the CFB schedule left and then Championship week. This is Rivalry Week, although WVU is left out of that game, I mean, Kansas? Lots of good football this week, can't wait to see what the slate looks like. Here's the week's numbers:

And Happy Thanksgiving to all!
