If people who are afraid they might be held or deported are victims or witnesses to crimes, they won't speak to the authorities. That surely cuts down on reported crime.

I lived in Arizona nearly five years...

the $$$ Arizona spends on illegals is amazing...

and an AZ drivers license is GOLD to illegals... good to the age of 65...

I was the only white person there when I got mine...
