Cook's Country has West Virgina Pepperoni Rolls as one of their featured recipes in the April/May issue. It also gives a little background on the rolls. It looks like a great recipe but we might use the Rhodes bread as a short cut since some of Cooks recipes are labor intensive and we currently use Rhodes for the pepperoni rolls we make. You also can go online to Cooks Country to get all their recipes, it's a very good resource.
