Penn State Game Parking

I've been looking out for parking passes on SeatGeek, Stub Hub, etc. since May and options are extremely limited (and expensive). Last year I bought green lot passes for the Pitt game in July. Are they that scarce for the Penn State game or should more be coming on to the secondary market at a later point in time?
