Epic browser - It's free and allows you to not be tracked while browsing. No cookies and other web-site tracking methods are allowed.
VPN - A VPN basically encrypts all your internet traffic so nobody (even your ISP) can see what you're doing online. It hides your IP address and the software typically allows you to change where it "looks" like you are located with a couple clicks. The services will have servers all over the US and world. You could change your IP address multiple times to get around certain web site restrictions if you are so inclined.
