A friend of mine in the Morgantown area mentioned that there’s very little real estate available, especially around Cheat Lake. I know Rich Rodriguez lived there in the past, and I think Coach Brown might live there now, but I’m not certain. I checked Realtor.com, and it seems like there’s almost nothing for sale. Is the real estate market really this tight for luxury homebuyers, or is it just a temporary trend?
