We are looking to downsize and head south from our EP home and are interested in the Myrtle Beach area. We would like to find a home in a relative upscale community close to the ocean. We would like to get into a home that is away from the congestion of the vacation crowds. Something on the outskirts would be good. Any info on other areas close to Myrtle like Pawleys Island etc. would be a consideration.
