Apple and MLS to present all MLS matches for 10 years, beginning in 2023
Apple and Major League Soccer announced that the Apple TV app will be the exclusive destination to watch every live MLS match beginning in 2023.

Looks like MLS is going to get $250 mil a year for their equivalent of "tier 2/3" games plus whatever ESPN, Fox, and Univision pay them for their "tier 1" equivalent national broadcasts.
Viewership numbers range from 100,000 for local broadcasts (which this deal replaces) to 300,000 for national broadcasts to around 1 million for major games on national TV like the cup final. That's for 27 teams, 34 games per team. So roughly $10 mil a team.
That sounds like a lot. I wonder what this means for the Big XII in the negotiations to come...
