For some reason, I’ve always wanted to visit Laramie WY….not sure why. Anyway; as my Christmas gift, my wife said we were going to Laramie this year and she would take care of booking all of the stuff.
I figured Laramie would be like a 3 day weekend kind of place…nothing longer, but now that I’ve started looking into it, it appears it may be difficult for it to be more than a day trip.
Anyone been there or familiar with the general area? Is it more than a day trip? Are there any other towns nearby where perhaps you could check out 3 or 4 places in 4 or 5 days. Should I punt the idea all together because it’s not worth it and just go somewhere else? What’s the best time of year to go; no kids around anymore so can go anytime of year? Thoughts? Insight?
