Looking for some general thoughts on areas to look at or to possibly stay away from if moving to the area.
I don’t hear as much about Indian Land as I do Fort Mill and Tega Cay; what are the positives and negatives of Indian Land?
Will be commuting to Uptown, so that will be a factor.
My kids are out of high school, so the school district isn’t hugely important; although it does effect resale.
Probably looking at $375k-$400k range, don’t really want anything bigger than 2700-2800 sq feet at this stage of the game.
Not positive I am moving there, but probably 75% it will happen.
