I received a letter in the mail from them offering me a hilarious lowball on some hunting land I have in Braxton County. I called them back and told the secretary I received a misprint because they left a zero or two out of the offer. She said they would have someone call me back.
They had the parcel number and the acreage and everything on the letter so I assumed it was semi-legit.
