Have been told by those that know new West Virginia assistant Andrew Jackson that he is a very personable coach that has really connected with his players at past stops. He's great with communication and because he's from the New York area has good recruiting ties there, New Jersey and Virginia. He was the defensive recruiting coordinator at Old Dominion this past year as well.
