VERY nice pick up for West Virginia.
This kid is sharp in the classroom and on the football field. He carries himself well, he is a leader, and he is more athletic than some know.
I have seen him live about 4-5 times, and obviously, I like him because I rank him as a 5.7rr, the highest three star ranking.
As a QB, I like the decisions he makes. He sees thew field well, he throws into open windows and he does not force the ball. He throws a very catchable ball and a nice deep ball.
Crowder does not have an elite arm, but a solid arm and he throws on time. He has a little bit of a push when he releases the ball and I would love to see him clean up the delivery a little. That is what WVU coaches will do when he gets on campus.
He has a great frame, he has good mobility, he can extend plays and I like his ability to come in, compete and push for playing time. Crowder can still improve in many areas, including arm strength, delivery and overall consistency with his accuracy, but I really like this pick up for the Mountaineers.
