If you’re looking for reasons to be excited about this hire, this would be a good place to start.
Three names. Matt Moore, Garin Justice, Ryan Stancheck.
From what I’ve seen Moore should be the leader for OC with line input. This guys record is unbelievable.
That frees space to land one of our guys should Brown go that direction. IMO that would give us the 2 best line coaches we’ve had since Trick on the same staff. I’m having a hard time staying calm about the possibility of having Moore and Oak on the same staff. Obviously Moore is very likely and the other two I have no clue, but make no doubt Brown is aware of both and that would be a way to get some easy program guys.
This is going to fix a hole we’ve had for a long time. Bring back that Dan Mozes, Jeremy Scheffy, Stancheck, and Justice attitude. Big 12 isn’t ready to be punched in the mouth.
