If we let Neal go we have to pay his buyout approximately 7 million. Aren't the assistant coaches on a two-year contract that ends at the end of 2025? So that means we have to pay off this staff for this year and next and pay a new head coach and a whole new staff also. I know what his record is but is this cost effective and where will all that money come from? Please correct me with details on the payments.
