One of these guys is a Hollywood actor who shot a woman while filming a movie and is out of jail finishing the movie.

The other is a rancher who shot an illegal alien trespassing on his property and is being charged with 1st degree murder and held in jail on a $1 million bond.

Where's the billions that were meant to be spent on infrastucture ?


The railway track linking Ohio & Indiana.

This is the infrastructure of the richest, most powerful nation on Earth. America has become a third world shit hole bankrupting ourselves to fight forever wars for a race of sand people who despise & loath us.

Maybe it's time we took care of ourselves before we print money we don't have to spend on wars we can't afford & have no business fighting.

Not saying we should be in endless wars.. but since when maintaining railroad become the burden of the taxpayers? It would be governments job to make sure Norfolk southern was doing proper maintenance.

See, there's the hypocrisy I speak about. WVU82 thinks it is the taxpayers responsibility to spend billions to help out a railroad company, but spending money for health care is a NO-NO.

I see the hypocrisy a lot .
I'm not for universal health care either. By our federal government sticking their nose in everything everyone blames government for everything. I believe feds have a role in transportation and to provide a safe means of it . Bridges and roads is a part of there scope and should fall on us taxpayer. Railroads should not be . The Dot should have sensible regulations to make sure they are maintaining the track properly. I also don't think every natural disaster is the feds problem. I forget what president it was ( one of the more famous ones) wouldn't help Texas with flooding, he said it was a Texas problem not a Nebraska problem or something like that ..lmao point is its not a federal issue.

Biden is guaranteeing pensions and welfare for Ukrainians but can't guarantee aid for Ohio.

As a fervent capitalist, I believe that companies should reap the benefits of their operations without government interference.

I agree. The cleanup and restoration costs should be the sole responsibility of Norfolk Southern under the supervision of the EPA. FEMA should expense their costs to Norfolk Southern.
