Now that the new team meeting room is done

Anyone care to wager how or when the IPF gets a makeover? Do we tear it down and re-build a new facility in the same general area? Expand/renovate what we have now? Or simply relocate/redesign on an entirely different location then use the current building as some other type of mixed-use facility?
