I know everyone is looking for answers to yesterday's debacle (OL, QB, DL, special teams, OC play calling, coaches not on the same page, etc.), but i can't remember too many WVU games where the team had such a lack of enthusiasm. It wasn't like looking past an opponent ("trap game") or allowing a key play to change the game. From start to finish the "team" showed a lack of interest, fervor, excitement or passion. There were some individual efforts (David Long), but the team was a "no-show."

It's like the team was just ready get this game out of the way and start the off season.

Cleary, the team was not ready to play.
