When Nikky Haley was born her mother was not a US citizen
Nikki Haley was born a citizen of India by descent to non US citizen parents, and held that citizenship until age 18 (1990).
She is not an eligible natural born Citizen ("one born in the US to US citizen parents"-- where foreign citizenship at birth is impossible-- and that's the point)

Nikki Haley, born Nimarata Randhawa, to “Ajit and Raj Randhawa,” two non-citizens, allegedly in Bamberg, South Carolina, in 1972, is not eligible to serve as either President or Vice President because she’s not a natural-born citizen under either Art. II, Sec. 1 of the Constitution or even the citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
We don’t even know whether Haley’s parents were here lawfully or not. If they were here illegally, that would make Haley an anchor baby, which is strictly barred by both the letter and spirit of the Presidential Eligibility Clause.
Haley must disclose critical documents related to her and her parents’ citizenship and permanent residence, respectively. At a bare minimum, this includes:
1. Copies of her birth certificate, proving that she was born in South Carolina, with proof of authentication.
2. Proof beyond a reasonable doubt that her parents, Ajit Randhawa and Raj Randhawa, were lawful residents at the time of her birth in 1972.
3. Detailed documentation, if such proof exists, of her parents’ naturalization proceeding: what years did they become naturalized, who oversaw the process, under what conditions were they found to have qualified for citizenship?
Americans have a right to know whether the citizenship status of a leading presidential candidate. That’s a threshold requirement, and should be an absolute no brainer!
The lack of transparency from Team Haley — including no answers available anywhere online to any of my fundamental questions — is seriously, seriously troubling.
