Some of my family members know Jermaine pretty well. Recently, he saw them sitting in a restaurant and made an effort to go to their table and apologize for the play of the team over the past several weeks. He wanted them to know that they were, as a team, sorry that they were letting the fans and the state down. He is a very humble young man and one who is very sincere.
