"Morgantown has felt like home from the moment I first stepped on campus. The unwavering support of the fans, the warmth of the community, and the brotherhood I share with my teammates have made this place truly special. I'm honored to be back for 2025, ready to finish what I came here to do—win games and help restore the pride and glory that this incredible community deserves. Thank you, WVU, for believing in me, supporting me, and making this journey unforgettable.

Let's make 2025 a year we'll all cherish for a lifetime! Let’s go to work. Greatness is waiting.

Nicco Marchiol | QB | #8"

Yes. A shame a couple of his lineman turned their backs on him and WV.
I'm sorry but I don't view the players decisions as turning their backs on anyone or anything in this day and age of college athletics. I support all that decide to transfer. We don't know their personal situations or how they have been treated. Give them the benefit of the doubt is my belief.

Has taken snaps in 19 games at WVU, WVU is 14-5 in those games…. 2 losses were to Penn St in which he just took a couple snaps, 1 loss was to Oklahoma in which he just took a few snaps, lost to K-state playing significant minutes. and he took a snap or two in the loss to Texas Tech this year… hard to blame him in any way for 4 of the 5 losses he played in.

When they go to Virginia Tech, I do. That crosses the line. No matter if their position coach went there.

I understand this emotion. VT is my most despised rival, more than Pitt. I would have preferred players going anywhere but there. However, life goes on and I am not giving it any thoughts going forward on those that leave but rather focus on the players we get. And those players are coming from programs with fans having similar passions against their players leaving.

If they (transferring players) get their feelings hurt, they should learn to cope or deal with the consequences from their decisions better.

I’ve come to the conclusion you don’t know shit about what’s going on around WVU athletics!! You’ve been wrong or lied about everything!!!
The source for Schuman was right on everything in the past except that. One wrong prediction doesn't mean I lied about everything, liar. If I am wrong about what Nicco and GG made, prove it. The guy who told me got it from his dad.

Maybe after the Product is fired. Make no mistake, the Product was not Wren's choice. It was Ken Kendrick's choice.
Yes Ken Kendrick wanted Rod. So did the vast majority of those involved in the hiring process and vast majority of wealthy boosters. Nick Saban was also heavily involved and Baker asked him who he recommended. Saban said Rich Rodriguez. Manchin wanted Rodriguez. I don’t know who you spoke to, but Schumann really was not in the final group of candidates who were considered. I’m not even sure he was interested.

I was told about a month before the end of the season that Brown would 100% be fired at the conclusion of the season and his replacement (Schumann) had already been selected and that he was Nick Saban approved. The first occured, the second did not. Schumann makes way more sense as a Saban approved hire than the Product since Saban actually worked with him. There is no doubt that KK is behind the Product being hired. Wren's non-negotiable quality of having integrity was not met by hiring the Product. As I've said before, did we really bring Wren in to hire an ex-coach who any old schmuck off the street could have hired? It makes absolutely no sense other than Wren caving to donors.

Stevie Wonder could have seen that Brown was getting fired by the time we got to November.

Schumann actually makes zero sense. No connections to WV. No experience as a HC. No experience recruiting this region. No experience in the B12. He May windup a HC someday, but it would make no sense hiring him over Rod at this time. Outside of your post on this board, I don’t know of anyone else that even thought he was a candidate.
