Detroit (Mi.) Cass Tech defensive lineman Clarence Wilson had a list of favorites with Toledo, Bowling Green and Ball State but an offer from West Virginia has immediately thrust the Mountaineers into his top list of schools. He hadn't been talking to the defensive line coach Jordan Lesley long but he really appreciated how up front and direct he was about the process and how he fit into things. The Mountaineers like his versatility and ability to slide around to multiple spots on the front which makes him an interesting fit in the defense. Wilson is already planning to make a trip to Morgantown as soon as he can and is coming off a year where he recorded 12 sacks and 17 tackles for loss. He hopes to have a decision by the start or end of his senior year and is excited to see what else happens with the process as more schools get involved.
