Downingtown (Pa.) Downingtown West 2023 offensive lineman Cooper Young told me that he picked West Virginia in large part because of the relationships he has built over the last year and its the place where he believes he can grow as a player and person. He really wanted to get in this 2023 class because they needed linemen and it was great to fill that role. He is very excited about the next chapter at West Virginia and is being targeted on the interior.
