I know I'm dreaming, but I have been asked to find 2 PSU tickets to use as a raffle prize that supports two scholarships for two football scholarships at West Liberty University. Please let me know if anyone is willing to sell them at a reasonable price. They plan on raising $1,000-$2,000 on this so buying season tickets is not worth the upside. TIA and please take it easy on me as I trying to support a group of former football players who has done a lot for the Northen Panhandle community.
