I have 3 nights booked, May 7, 8, 9, and checkout Saturday the 10th. Selling all three nights for a total of $450, still below the regular rate when there is no graduation or special events happening. I'll consider selling just Thursday & Friday nights together or Friday night only for $150 per night.
I made a reservation for seeing my daughter walk getting her masters in HR but now she has to work and can't go so of course my wife and I would like to not go too. It's at the Homewood Suites a One Bedroom King Suite Nonsmoking. I used my Hilton Honor points when I reserved this in January. I just found out last night she can't get off work, she just started her new job last week. I didn't notice until I went to cancel last nigh because it's grad week you can't cancel less than 30 days before the dates reserved. I called and sobbed, LOL, but even the manager wouldn't let me can it. I looked on line it is soldout but of you're a Hilton Diamond member, I am. they had one room available for $830 PER NIGHT. LOL. I told my wife if we can't sell it we'll go have a mini vacation. We've never stayed in a $830 room before. Must be really nice. LOL.
I can do the sell electronically like with paypal, then put your name to the reservation. The person I spoke to at the motel said I could do that since I used my points. They will need me to give them your name and you'll just need to use your id to check in. As mentioned the room was done by points so no other cost involved. If you make purchases use you cash or card. It's a nice motel, looks almost new.
