He will be competing in the Cincy class with a 4*S, high 3* CB, and another CB with similar ratings. Cincy has 18 commits so far for '23. #3 class ..... but this is mostly due to the high number of commits. That will change as programs fill up their classes.
As comparison WVU is #23 with only 7 commits.
Cincy avg commit is 3.11*
WVU avg commit is 3.43*
