Ummm.....never intended to do that. Don't care either. Facts are facts. The Supreme Court could, if they wanted, conduct a revision of the Second Amendment. My point remains valid: none of the Amendments are solid and all can be revisited based upon the needs of society.
Remember, it's a "flexible" document for a reason.
