We can find a federal courthouse and WVU alum as a judge in WV that would probably grant one..... at such a late hour even if it took a day to appeal to the fed appeals level it would probably delay the First Four in Dayton. That would be sufficient impact they'd think twice about negative economic impact to WVU again... might even break the back of the Committee process which would be fantastic. If it's broke I say break it wide open and dump the entire thing....
