Have confirmed with Javon Franklin that West Virginia has offered him a scholarship and he is being hosted by Jordan McCabe. Franklin, 6-foot-6, averaged 10.8 points and 8.2 rebounds per game as a freshman and was injured and missed all of this past year. I'll try to catch up with him after the visit.
