I was looking at the offer list for 2017 and it seems we have offered no 4 star RB's. Is this accurate?
EDIT:
It has to be messed up because it is only showing all 3 and 2 star recruits as being offered.
Pitts isn't listed and i know he is a 4 star recruit that we have offered.
What's wrong with the data base?
