rumors flying that some heavy hitters (no NOT the rev al or Jessie) are coming to Charlottesville to investigate....hearing that Rolling Stone may not be out of the woods yet.....the frat that was shut down may have something to say also...this could get sticky

Th C'ville police chief said that there is no solid proof

that a rape was committed in this particular case, that stories from different parties, including the close friends of the "victim" are all over the place with discrepancies. He did say that the alleged victim would not be charged with a crime. What I got from reading the article is that Rolling Stone jumped to a bunch of ill founded conclusions and may have "guided" the writing of the story. Some say UVA helped cover it up and some say they jumped too quick the other way in condemning the frat that was allegedly involved.....more talk about that than their excellent basketball team

The C'ville police also said there was no proof nothing happened

leaving the door slightly ajar.

Re: The C'ville police also said there was no proof nothing happened

he's had a rough few months with this and the Hannah Graham thing.....he's good friends with our local police chief....pretty nice guy

You have to wonder....

why the ABC has an enforcement unit that feels the need to go after college students. In this current case and the last case where they drew weapons on that girl with bottled water, they targeted individuals outside of establishments. Shouldn't local law enforcement be doing that vs wannabee cops?

Re: You have to wonder....

It's ridiculous. I agree with the Gov calling for retraining of all ABC agents. The girl in the first case won her lawsuit and I suspect this young man will have a good case as well.
