Kash, Bongino & FBI news...

In the best interests of openness and transparency I’ll be posting regular information updates on this account.-The Director and I are working through many of the transparency issues. We are focused on getting this done the right way, and as quickly and efficiently as possible. Many of these cases involve victims, both young and old, who we will not allow to be re-victimized by a rushed and sloppy effort. -We are engaging with all of our personnel on transparency, while simultaneously dealing with a number of serious threats to the Homeland, our children, our economy, and our infrastructure. We absolutely cannot afford to miss any threats in those spaces. Multi-tasking isn’t an option here. -I am well aware of some of the early concerns expressed on social media about the speed of change. I understand. But I’ll state again, if you think I upended my prior job and lifestyle to take a vacation in FBI headquarters, then I can’t help you. You’ve already decided, despite logic and reason, that all is lost. It is not. Not even close. Because you don’t see things happening in live time, does not mean change isn’t happening. Not even close. You will see results, and not every result will please everyone, but you will absolutely see results. Just watch. -God bless America, and all those who defend Her.-Dan

In the best interests of openness and transparency I’ll be posting regular information updates on this account.-The Director and I are working tirelessly on the transparency and accountability fronts. We didn’t swear in to our positions to settle for the status quo, and we have quality people, spending countless man hours, on the process. You will see results shortly. You have my word. -If you’re victimizing children, then I promise you that you are on my list, and you don’t want to be on my list. Dedicated FBI agents are laser-focused on making sure you’re about to have a really bad day if you’re targeting America’s children. We will not rest until you’re in handcuffs. -The Director and I do not leave the office until we’re sure we’re doing everything we can do to keep the Homeland safe. I can assure you that the FBI personnel working on the counter-terrorism mission are incredibly dedicated, and they have a deep understanding of the depths of the problems. If you’re out there targeting us, we will find you. -God bless America, and all those who defend Her

Because MSNBC and CNN won't want to cover anything good happiing to make our Country safer.

Tonight I can report that the FBI and
@TheJusticeDept
have arrested and charged yet another high-ranking member of MS-13, this time in New York.

The individual is Joel Vargas-Escobar — someone we believe to be responsible for a racketeering conspiracy that involved 11 murders.

He was allegedly part of MS-13’s critical command structure out of Las Vegas and California, so this is a major step as we continue to break violent gangs and their operations.

@FBILosAngeles
,
@FBILasVegas
,
@NewYorkFBI
, and our regional LEO partners did outstanding work.

@AGPamBondi
continues to lead the way in getting these violent criminals off our streets. Justice will be done.

This is a victory for a safer America — and we won’t stop until justice is delivered.

More of this. Cartels too.

As alleged in court documents, a group chat claiming association with Hamas on an encrypted communications platform provided Hamas supporters worldwide with a changing set of at least 17 cryptocurrency addresses. Supporters were encouraged to donate money to those addresses. Those funds were sent into an operational wallet and laundered through a series of virtual currency exchanges and transactions by leveraging suspected financiers and over-the-counter brokers. More than a million dollars was raised and laundered using the laundering system and the virtual currency accounts described in the affidavit.

Included among the assets seized were cryptocurrency addresses valued at approximately $89,900 and three additional accounts containing cryptocurrency valued at approximately $111,500. These accounts were registered in the names of Palestinian individuals living in Turkey and elsewhere.

The FBI Albuquerque Field Office is investigating the case, in coordination with the FBI Counterterrorism Division and Cyber Division.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Tejpal Chawla for the District of Columbia, Trial Attorney Jacques Singer-Emery for the National Security Division’s National Security Cyber Section, and Trial Attorney Jessica Joyce of the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section are prosecuting the case.

Investigation started in 2015. At least you all are doing this much better.

Keep working your way up to the Mothership

He has now posted this twice. I have posted it several times recently and brought it during school shootings. Please share with everyone.

The comments about this in the post are hilarious. You have controlled opposition and those that don't understand how this works. You saw the Democrats work fast. All of their lawfare got debunked and tossed out.

Her job isn't to investigate or prosecute. Her job is to ensure the FBI and DOJ is doing their job. She isn't going to give those under investigation a play by play of what's coming. She will do it the right way and you will get that information when she is ready. You are not going to pressure her into doing it the Democrats way. Hence why they are pitching.

It's not like you can't see action is being taken if you are following the right people. If the corrupt Turds want to keep taking certain actions let them destroy themselves. Especially these corrupt Judges. The American people can see through it and it will get resolved.

These idiots are eventually have to explain why they are trying to defend these drug mules, human traffickers, and hired muscle.

RICO you say?

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a federal law (codified at 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68) targeting organized criminal activity and racketeering, enhancing existing criminal punishments and creating new causes of action for acts done as part of an organized criminal enterprise.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • Purpose:
    RICO aims to combat the infiltration of organized crime and racketeering into legitimate businesses and enterprises affecting interstate or foreign commerce.

  • Scope:
    The statute is broad, encompassing a wide range of illegal activities, including but not limited to:
    • Using income or proceeds from a pattern of racketeering activity to acquire or establish an enterprise.

    • Acquiring an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity.

    • Operating an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity.

    • Conspiracy to commit any of the above prohibitions.
  • Racketeering Activity:
    This includes a wide range of predicate offenses, such as arson, bribery, counterfeiting, and more.

  • Penalties:
    RICO violations can carry significant penalties, including imprisonment for up to 20 years, and potentially life imprisonment for the most severe offenses.

  • Department of Justice (DOJ) Role:
    The Attorney General can designate any department or agency to conduct investigations authorized by the RICO statute, and such department or agency may use the investigative provisions of the statute or the investigative power of such department or agency otherwise conferred by law.

Headed back to DC today after spending a day back home with my wife and daughter. As I dive back into work, I want to reassure you that nothing that is happening here is happening by accident. Because of the sensitivity of what the FBI deals with, both the Director and I have to be circumspect in what we can make public. Bad guys read this stuff too. Neither one of us came here to play games. Measure us by results. You will see them. But just because you don’t see something happening right this second, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. I’ll conclude by stating that not every result is going to please everyone. That’s just pandering, it’s not leadership. Complex problems require diligence and a reform-oriented process to create lasting changes. Or else you’re simply putting a bandage on a gushing wound. Let’s do it right. God bless America, and all those who defend Her.-Dan

His post at 1343 made enough since to me however keep swinging away. It's pretty easy to see who is actually rooting for Justice and who is trolling at this point. Intelligence changes with more investigating too. Something people need to keep in mind.

I’d like to add this:Your comments and criticisms are not only welcome, but they’re helpful. We work for you, the American people. Your feedback is invaluable. All I ask is that you consider the following feedback to the feedback. When you see something happen, and the entire story isn’t public, and the underlying facts aren’t all public, it may appear counterintuitive to our reform agenda. I promise you, it’s not an accident.Ask yourself, why I would sign on to something like this otherwise. Is it a desire to be wealthy, famous, “connected,” or to be a future lobbyist? If that sounds ridiculous, it’s because it is. I realized when I signed up that I’d never be able to fully explain some decisions we make due to legal and ethical constraints. But that’s a pill I agreed to swallow when I swore in. In conclusion, I realize asking you to “trust me” is a waste of time. Watch what happens, continue to demand results, be cautious of narrative “traps,” let time put the puzzle pieces together, and what we’re doing will make sense. I see and hear you and your feedback. Thanks for your time. -Dan
