After two seasons it is
Give it a rest
Neal Brown didn't have a Orange Bowl championship WVU team either.
Neal Brown has already won more games his first two Big 12 seasons than Dana in conference games
This is factual proof.
Only way you can argue this is subjectively.
Holgorsen coached WVU to that Orange Bowl championship in case you forgot. And coached WVU to a historic ass whooping of Clemson which changed Clemson into working to become what they are now.
Neal Brown didn't take WVU from a depleted Big East into the BIG 12. He inherited a team that was points away from a conference CCG. So what he has done in conference two years in has nothing to do with when WVU first entered the BIG 12. But to be factual, Holgorsen's first BIG 12 year he won 4 games--beating Brown's first year. DH's final year WVU won 6 conference games. Brown has not won 6 games in a season at WVU PERIOD. 2017 WVU won 5 conference games. Brown has not won 5 BIG 12 conference games in a season yet. 2016 WVU won 7 conference games. Brown? Barely winning 5 total games a season including fcs schools, one of which he eked out a win over.
Brown won 3 BIG 12 conference games in 2019. That matched Holgorsen's worst season at
WVU. This year Brown has 4 conference wins. Holgorsen matched and beat that MANY times.
Right now? Take out the fcs teams and he has won 4 games per season in two seasons. And two of those were struggles against Kansas.
This can't possibly be what actual WVU fans want. Nothing he is doing on or off the field indicates some improvement of these results.
