**Not 100% WVU related but a name you may remember on the recruiting trail. I believe this is the same Isaiah Hazel.**
Died in a car accident with Vikings rookie (4th round pick) Khyree Jackson. Isaiah Hazel was a former commit of ours back in 2018 before de-committing and picking Maryland. Looks like he ended up at Charlotte as a defensive back.
“The deceased are identified as Isaiah Hazel, 23, of Upper Marlboro, Khyree Jackson, 24, of Waldorf and Anthony Lytton, Jr., 24, of Upper Marlboro. Hazel and Jackson were pronounced deceased on the scene by emergency medical service personnel.”

Just another reminder to be careful out there driving, especially in the evening / early mornings. Articles states this happened at 3am. One of those things that can happen in a blink of an eye.
