Here is a picture of Brad Paisley with Trey Parker (one of the guys that does South Park) and his wife and child. It looks like there's a flying WV on Brad Paisley's shirt but I can't say for sure.

I think he was John Marshall Class of 89 and I know he is from Glen Dale, WV.

Same year as Jennifer Garner who was a George Washington gal, who is also a WVU fan or wears the Flying WV a lot. I've seen her in Charleston a few times.
