Interesting note about the ISU game and WVU's Big 12 record

If WVU were to win this weekend it would get them to 3-0 in Big 12 play. This would be only the third time the Mountaineers would get to 3-0 in conference play since joining the Big 12.

2018 they were 3-0 before losing to Iowa State. In 2016 they were 3-0 before losing to Oklahoma State.

WVU got to 4-1 in Big 12 play in 2014 but started 0-1. They were 5-1 in 2016, and 6-1 in 2018. Obviously a long way to go but this would only be the third time they start 3-0 if they win this weekend.
