--Asked outside linebackers coach Al Pogue the plan there in the future and while he did say that they will continue to evaluate it and look at everything after the season he thinks that Josh Chandler likely sticks at MIKE, Kwantel Raines at WILL and Tykee Smith at SPEAR. The move for Chandler provides more speed on the field with a guy that understands what he's doing and can get his teammates lined up.

--The three safeties defense they used against Baylor isn't all that much different from there from what they do with the linebackers from a schematic standpoint outside of the fact you're asking a guy to come from depth to fit the run.

--The rover position is an extra safety and is coached by Vic Koenning. That is the new spot on the field.

--The defense has had to get creative because of the injuries and the coaches have tried to put players in positions to be successful. An example of that was using Exree Loe wide like a cornerback at times and it helps because he was a former cornerback in high school.

--Senior wide receiver George Campbell understands that he's going to be given more opportunities this week and told me that he is open to moving around to any of the spots in the offense. I think that could be an interesting point to watch this week because Brown hinted toward that as a way to get him and keep him on the field.

--The kick return for a touchdown from Winston Wright was his first opportunity at this level at all in that situation. He had never lined up back there in a game and he just caught it and followed his blocks for a score. He had been the second team in that department before, after just moving up this past week and made the most of it after McKoy was injured.
