Just wanted to share some info I heard from a big donor, prior to the game:
Brown’s status is overall TBD (depends on how the games play out), but he is here the rest of the year, no matter what, unless things go completely off the rails . This is due to finances.
If we do decide to move on from Brown, his replacement would be very unlikely to be a sitting power 5 head coach, and would likely have to be a lower level HC or an up and coming coordinator again (also due to finances).
IMO our best case scenario is that Brown has a good year and we continue to try to build on what he accomplishes! Hope he can do it.
