The truth is too many do! Particularly those who have signed onto the Democrat poverty plantation. The good news is more and more Black folks are waking up to how they're being pimped by the Left, and as more realize they can do better making their own money Democrats are scrambling to replace their handouts by giving them away to illegals.

I believe blacks as a whole has realized or is realizing now that the idea of free living ( free food , free housing, free stuff) is nothing more than slavery but the handouts is the chains of dependency on the receiver locked on by the liberal man who wants to hold them back . Democrats still want to give minorities a rope and they say it's to pull them up , no it no longer has a noose tied in it , but the minute blacks stop doing as the slave master says the master stops pulling the rope and back down they go . All a black man needs is to be taught how to build a ladder and he will climb to the top . Same as any race .

The dirty little secret is most Black folks want to live in nice homes, in nice safe neighborhoods, they want their kids going to good schools, they want to drive nice cars and they like wearing nice clothes. They want the same things as other hard working folks do, regardless of color!

Dishonest Democrats tell many Black's they'll never have those things without Democrat "help" but Democrats are the ones keeping most Black folks from those things!

Who opposes tax cuts for folks who start earning more of their own money? Who opposes minority owned businesses and banks in tax free enterprise zones? Who opposes school choice vouchers so Black parents can send their kids to the schools of their choice? Who opposes merit based hiring, and wants to lower standards for admissions based only on race?

Ans: Leftist Democrats.

Anything that emancipates Black's from Democrat dependency, Leftists oppose. They don't want to see Black folks making it on their own, or running their own businesses, or attending private schools or even voting against Democrat tax and spend programs! Democrats are THE biggest obstacles to Black folks achieving their hopes of the American dream, and the sooner more Blacks realize it the faster they will stop voting Democrat.

These threads were posted just prior to the 2020 election. And little changed. Voters in major cities like Atlanta, Philly, Detroit, Pheonix, Milwaukee & Las Vegas all voted heavily liberal. And those cities swung whole states. Just like FB this year, I need to see the actual voter’s results before thinking anything changed. One thing has definitely changed, there are millions of new people here now and liberals want their votes. And the votes of their families. Time will tell if any real change in voter trends.
