for between $600,000 - $700,000 with Illinois.... then the outlook of us competing with the upper level programs is bleak. Freakin Illinois for the last many moons sucks! The fact that they "could" be throwing around that kind of money for HC is absurd. Hard to envision a good ending for WVU with what is taking place. Seriously, does anyone see a way for us to be competitive down the road?
