to hire Patterson as our DC. First, he would bring extreme professionalism to that side of the ball. Also, I think he helps us to staunch any potential bleeding of defensive players into the portal. And lastly, I think he helps bring in players from the portal as well as recruits. It would also send a strong message to the fan base that WVU will do what it takes to return to winning football. If we somehow do hire Patterson, I hope he is not the last of the coaching changes. We really need to upgrade this staff.
