If there was staffing monies that could allow developmental coaching spots. An example would be someone like Steadman Bailey to assit in WR coaching at a journeyman salary to allow his influence on our players while giving him an entry level opportunity to develop. From these spots, ex-players that are interested in coaching could have a launch pad and our WRs room benefits as well. Has anyone ever heard of such a position or anyone doing anything similar? Not exactly a grad assistant per se but similar???
