I think MU should follow the WVU model...play

And with all that being said, the :football: pollsters still gave us more love for three years running So.......:middlefinger:
Pollsters? You mean coaches with agendas right? No media or computer poll mentioned you. I guess the poors gotta take what is free.

Its ok man. Even though you cant take a joke and you are obviviously a stuffy asshole we will still let you post and make fun of you.

Yes, I'm a stuffy asshole, riiiggghht. :eek:kay:[poop] Head

problem is, WVU can, and will be able to do what you indicated regarding playing at home, bringing in preseason warmup fodder to beat up on. marshla doesn't have that clout. marshla is shit outta luck. best of luck with being warm-up fodder for teams like WVU and playing at their venue through December.

Being that you also ain't Louisville, UK, Indiana, etc, you won't get away with doing that for very long before your "clout" runs out.

Ok skippy. Stick to talking about purses or legos or whatever it is that you know because you morons dont know shit about hoops.

you might want to remove the green glasses and see the picture for what it is, not what you want it to be. i have no problem with the idea of WVU not being a blue-blood. but, to think WVU can't and won't be able to schedule the way they have been for the long-term is extremely short-sighted, naive, and simply ignorant on your part.

Look who you're talking to. Would you expect anything else?

This thread has gone back and forth between football and basketball talk.

You can argue whatever about sustained success in basketball, but are you willing to make that same claim for Ear football? Of course you will, because you're a Homer. The evidence is already present though. You guys are starting how many years total in the Big XII? You still haven't done shit, but pull off an upset here and there.

Poor little FAN, him lives in a made up world where WVu is as big as his hopes and dreams.

I beg to differ....they are the only Big 12 school to lose to Kansas in football in four years! Now that's accomplishing something of note!

What claim are you willing to make about either basketball or football for Marshall? No success at all in basketball ... ever. Peewee titles in football while you were cheating your ass off, in a division you had to drop to because you were cheating your ass off and got kicked out of your conference.

Now you claim that "you are good for a G5 school", but you really aren't. You play the worst of the worst. You'd be lucky to finish .500 at best in the AAC ... you know, the watered down version of the conference that you claim tainted our 3 BCS wins. You win a lot of games, but you avoid the best among just the G5 schools. Let alone trying to compete with any of the top P5 schools.

You guys don't realize how ridiculous your arguments are.

Says the guy who claims his beloved Ears are "world beaters," based exclusively on the fact that you lose to tough competition, LOLOL!!

I've never made any claim about us being "big time." Find a post where I said so.
