I feel like I lost a loved one…

…the loved one being WVU BB. God knows I’m not an expert on relationships or emotion. I use the word love for WVU Sports because I really truly feel that way however, one can’t make oneself feel something they don’t. That’s where I’m at right now. I haven’t seen a bracket other than to confirm we’re not in it. I think what has happened to us is at the front of what is going to destroy college sports.
We get a coach by all accounts had no intention remaining here.
We get his son who came in damaged goods and uncoincidentally got “hurt” right before the five year deadline.
We get hosed by a corrupt NCAA selection process.
Kids can jump from school to school to the highest bidder without consequence.
Coaches can leave with no consequence, and I say no consequence because his hiring university is paying his buyout by reasonable accounts. When you have a multitiered income structure like the big 10 and the SEC versus everyone else there’s no chance that we can fight that.
