Huggs will not get Hall of Fame this year

No, what you're "hearing" is that tHuggs wouldn't have won sh!t without Beilein's players or 1-3-1. How many Final Fours has tHuggs coached in since then? How about Beilein?

P.S. Devin Ebanks wasn't on Beilein's team.
Gotcha. Huggs is better at coaching Belein’s players at WVU (using Belien’s system) than Belien was at WVU. Again, makes sense to me.

I almost lit stupid a$$ Travis Jones up a few Sundays ago. Because he grew up in Parkersburg, a border town, he is extremely jealous of Ohio State. He said after having watched the Michigan/Ohio State game that "WVU obviously could beat either one of those teams." I would have understood his comment, if he had said it last week, but not right after having watched an epic game played between two teams playing their best ball at the time. Greg Hunter is a total Old Fold & Blewtard, who has lost any objectivity that he ever had, and Caridi pretends that he never attended Syracuse, which has a richer history than WVU. Brad Howe, who disses his home state of Iowa, correctly refers to himself as "Johnny Mountaineer," and I'll be interested to see how his preseason prediction that WVU will make it to the Final Four works out. I like Howe's gambling shows when he's not babbling about how great WVU is.
parkersburg sucks

So you “almost” lit up Travis Jones.

woulda coulda been epic.

You're missing the point, Coach. The fan boys seldom make any sense, as they're too busy shaking their old fold and blew pom poms to have a rational thought. If I called every time that they said something stupid--such as, "it's inarguable that the Big 12 is the best conference in America"--then I'd be just another one of those annoying callers like Gold Card Bill, Ron in Morgantown or Mike in Charleston.

Oh I get it.

“if I called...”

“I would of.....”

With the amount of time you obviously listen, you’re new handle (here and in radio land) should be: the KingCoal Kid.

WV Metro News' podcasts help me pass the time as I exercise, Coach. My favorite shows are the ones that follow WVU's losses. It's always interesting to hear the spinning after an unexpected loss (all of WVU's losses are unexpected when you see the World through Old Fold & Blew glasses, and/or absurdly refer to the school as the "World Champion Mountaineers"). I also like to listen to tHuggy Bear's postgame comments after a loss. It's always interesting to hear about how the zebras, who typically award WVU twice as many free-throw attempts as its opponent these days, cost WVU the game.

CAK is too dumb to debate me. Devin Ebanks: Say his name.
Yes I am too stupid to debate someone that can’t make sense. I guess you are too smart to get down to my level and make sense. One coach could not take WVU to a final 4 or win a conference tournament and the next coach comes behind him and takes precious coach players using that coaches system and raises their level of play. Yep, I’m too stupid for that to make any sense. I appreciate your feed back though King. Lol

You keep repeating the same diatribe, but refuse to acknowledge the fact that Ebanks was a huge addition who didn't play for Beilein, which undermines your foolish argument. You're a "Johnny Come Lately" to this board, but just another tHuggy apologist, who can't explain away the FACT that your hero has never made it as far as Beilein has twice.

Ok. Man, you are too smart for.me. I wonder why such a superior coach as Belien, did not get a Devin Williams to take his team to the level that Huggins did? So to summarize, Huggins takes Belien’s players, adds one player, uses Belien’s system and takes them to another level. If only Belien knew to do that, we would have one a title! I now acknowledge what you are saying Mr. King. My hero is my dad. My team, win or lose is WVU. I root for any player or coach that is part of that team. You the man Mr. King.

FIFY, rookie. Adding Ebanks to Beilein's roster was incredibly significant, but Beilein was able to advance to the Elite 8 once at WVU without him. Your hero is tHuggy Bear, and it's as obvious as your modest intellectual endowment, CAK. I doubt that Beilein or anybody else ever "one" [sic] a title, so perhaps, you should reenroll in elementary school, and improve your grammar, then get back to us. BTW, Beilein doesn't have a nasty NCAA probation or DUI arrest on his resume, but I digress, tHuggy, Jr.

Well, thank you for correcting my grammar, Mr. King of the grammar police. I meant to say win one title. How stupid of me. Glad you were original and brought up DUI. I mean you are the King. I am sure no one has heard that before. We were talking about coaching, but I guess you got a little desperate and brought that big surprise about Huggins into it . You must think Belien is a saint. Makes me wonder, are you actually Miss Queen? Great point about DUI or probation. I thought we was talking about coaching at WVU. Never heard he was on probation at WVU. Again, you are too smart for me Mr. King.

Did you finally get that elusive GED? No, actually, my posts--as you well know--were about Beilein vs. tHuggs at all stops, but your itty bitty feelings got so hurt that you tried to limit the discussion to a WVU coaching only debate, as you knew damn well that tHuggs' resume didn't compare well to what Beilein did at Michigan. Beilein's teams haven't been placed on NCAA Probation and he was never accused of being a sloppy drunk, so I'm sorry that the facts keep getting in your way.

Well please stay on point with me. I care less about Michigan. I’m talking coaching at WVU. Sorry Queen Coal, didn’t mean to get you all worked up to bring up my GED. Now as I started my dialogue with you, I’m talking numbers at WVU. I’m not talking about Michigan, I don’t disagree with you there.

You should have posted, "I couldn't care less about Michigan." I compared the resumes of Beilein and Huggins, and posted that Beilein was the best coach that WVU had employed in many decades, and I stand behind that statement. Did Beilein, in his five seasons in Morganhole, take WVU as far as tHuggs has in his 14 seasons? No. But Beilein's accomplishments at Michigan are more impressive than anything that tHuggs has done at WVU or elsewhere. Therefore, Beilein is the better coach, sorry. You should be grateful that Beilein rescued WVU from being a perpetual dumpster fire after Catlett had left the program in shambles.

Now your just being stupid.

Fred Schaus was the best ever coach to coach at WVU.
Ironic post in bold above. Fearless Freddy got WVU to the title game only ONCE, even though he had the Logo. Beilein did that TWICE. NEXT!

Did he do it at WVU? Fred Schaus did. Did he take WVU to a final four? Huggins did. Makes Belien no better than 3rd best at WVU. Sure he went where he could hand pick players later and had great success because he is a good coach. But he couldn’t do it at WVU. Fred did because he was a better coach at WVU. NEXT!

now let all the mindless "cincinnatti" bs start all over.......anyone who thinks that Huggs doesn't deserve to be there doesn't know much basketball
It’s called the Appalachian Discrimination ......or he was born a Redneck....not a city boy....

You continue to change the debate because you can't win the original one. Beilein's accomplishments at Michigan count and make him a better coach than tHuggs, sorry. tHuggs' lapdogs like yourself and clueless T-Bone Allen want to brag about tHuggs' 899 wins, which include a ton of wins at Walsh and Akron in biddy leagues, but then want to confine the debate to success at WVU only when comparing him to the superior Beilein. You can't have it both ways.

Who accomplished more and took the team farther at WVU? That’s the debate. Best coach at WVU! So Belien has only coached at big leagues? Sounds like you are having it both ways yourself. I think winning at any level is great. How is Belien doing in the NBA? Superior I’m guessing.

You're arguing with yourself, CrAcK. Beilein only coached at WVU for five seasons, then went further in the NCAA Tournament (twice) and won more Power 5 Championships than tHuggs. I'm sorry that he was a better coach, and this cuts you so deeply, fan boy. Run along now, as you're boring me.

Now drama QueenCoal, to your point about the 5 seasons. In his first Five seasons at WVU, Huggins went further (Final 4 and conference tournament title) than Belien in his 5 seasons.
Now I am not arguing about other schools that Belien coached, l am only talking about how he did at WVU. I will run along now because woman like you think they know more than they do. Yes, I might as well argue with myself. CrAck, that’s a good one. Gotta hand it to you there.

You continue to disregard Beilein's Michigan's accomplishments, which destroy your homer agenda, as well as the fact that tHuggs hasn't won sh!t with his own rosters of players. What has tHuggs done since he went to the Final Four with mostly Beilein's players more than a decade ago? What has Beilein done since then? These are rhetorical questions, and we both know the answers to them. So, now you crucify women because you're desperate and getting humiliated in a debate? We need more strong conservative women in positions of power. They don't have the testosterone that libtard men like Andrew Cuomo have, and, don't make important decisions motivated by their peckers.

Don’t go off the deep end now. Just having a little fun with you. Didn’t know you took it so serious. I just joking called you drama queen, just a phrase. I have nothing at all against woman. You just a little pissy because you keep wanting to bring Michigan into a conversation about WVU. I don’t care what Belien did at Michigan. Has nothing to do with what he did at WVU. Huggins did more with Belien players than he could. Belien going to NBA, he couldn’t cut the mustard there, so he needs to go back to Michigan so you can pump him up more. I have nothing against him. You shouldn’t take it so ser
