I read an article on another board and there was no real difference on recent hires with Power 5 coordinators vs G 5 coaches vs retreads
how do you find the next guy ? It seems you maybe essentially throw it all out and find the guy who is a real leader . A true alpha. Marshall sucks but they somehow found huff . He was a position coach at bama and now he’s on the fast track.
